2010 has proved a transitional season for Highbeck Stables with stable stalwart Luna Landing heading into what we hope will be a long and happy retirement.

However there has been plenty of encouragement from our two-year-old team with Kalkan Bay and Dubai Celebration already winning. Moral Issue, Lady Kildare, Eduardo and Beer Flush have all shown they have more than enough ability to break their maidens soon.

Among the older horses it's great to have Highland Love back and it was terrific to see him win at Beverley while Arch walker has been a great servant for Arthur Walker.

Bid For Gold almost gave Ellie her first winner in the saddle at Pontefract and is another who has been a good flagbearer for us through a busy summer.
